We all love a bit of bread, so much so it can get quite addictive. The feeling of bread melting in your mouth before you swallow it all up is what I find most addictive. And I’ve found over my years of being a bread addict that there are many tools that I just cannot live without. The best thing about bread for me is how versatile it is. You can eat bread on its own or with cheese. You can even bake your own pizzas from home. Here are the tools that I find essential to settle my bread cravings.

Obviously, you need some equipment so you can go about baking your own bread at home. Here is a short list of the stuff I find essential.

The best thing about Yummly is that allows you to keep ingredients to a shopping list so you know exactly what you need to buy. And the Food Network app lets you select recipes from your favourite chefs.

Notepad:

A notepad has to be one of the essential items needed when baking your own bread. It makes it as easy as 1,2,3 to write down the time you put your bread in the oven, what ingredients you need and what time to take the bread out of the oven etc. You can write everything down into your notebook and never forget the all important information again. You can even use your notepad to keep a track of what you’ve eaten. Try not to eat too much bread each day, sadly it isn’t healthy for you. That and cakes. Cakes are good too.
